| 1 | Boil the Spinach and convert 
                                          it into sort of paste | 
                                       
                                        | 2 | Mix the palak paste, green 
                                          chillies, curd, ghee and spices together. | 
                                       
                                        | 3 | Marinate the paneer pieces 
                                          in it for 2 hours. | 
                                       
                                        | 4 | Cook it in a baking tray 
                                          or over the stove.  Casually turn 
                                          the pieces while cooking. Leave them 
                                          to turn light brown. | 
                                       
                                        | 5 | Serve hot with onion rings 
                                          and lemon slices. |
