lb carrots (grated)
½ cup condensed
milk
¾ cup Khoya (use
Ricotta Cheese if Khoya
is not available)
1 cup sugar
Garnish
¼ cup cashews
2 tablespoon dates
Preparation

Cook carrot
with half of sugar on medium heat for
15 minutes. Stir well.

Add the condensed milk,
khoya, rest of sugar and cook again
in medium-low for 15 minutes.

Garnish with the cashews
and dates and serve.

make condensed milk?
Heat
regular whole milk on a medium-low
heat. The milk will condense into
something like condense milk.
While heating milk, dip a ladle
into the milk so that the milk
would not boil over
Tip
for Faster Recipe:
Use canned carrot instead of
regular grated carrot. Boil
it and mash it.
